Job Summary
Georgia's Glam is looking for talented, passionate and reliable Nail Technicians to join our team! We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to providing high quality nail services and creating a welcoming, relaxing experience for every client. The ideal candidate is creative, detail oriented, professional, and passionate abut the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails and nail art
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products
Upsell retail products related to nail care and skincare to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked for efficient service delivery

Skills

Proven experience in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel nails and nail art
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Ability to upsell retail products naturally while providing quality service
Experience with body waxing is a plus but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations
Friendly demeanor with a passion for beauty and helping clients feel confident

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
