Kerr Controls Ltd. (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration (HVAC/R) equipment, parts, and supplies. As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a company that values teamwork, customer service, and professional development.

We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Saint John, New Brunswick branch.

Key Responsibilities

Provide knowledgeable product support and solutions to HVAC/R customers while managing day-to-day account needs
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
Support branch sales initiatives and contribute to achieving sales and growth targets
Process customer orders accurately, including order entry, pricing, and follow-up activities
Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, lead times, and customer requirements
Work closely with the outside sales team to prepare quotations, enter and track sales orders, and ensure timely customer follow-up
Maintain accurate documentation and customer records within sales and inventory systems
Participate in technical and professional development opportunities
Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive and collaborative branch environment

What You Bring

Previous wholesale inside sales experience, preferably within the HVAC/R industry
Strong product knowledge of HVAC/R systems and related products would be considered an asset
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Intermediate computer skills and experience using sales, inventory, or customer management software
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, particularly with order entry and documentation
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to safe and efficient work practices
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow
