Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Roofer and or Siding Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Valid Drivers License and experience in roofing and siding installation and repair, demonstrating a strong ability to work with various materials and techniques. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Roofer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of roofing projects while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials such as shingles, metal, and modified bitumen products
Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as needed during roofing projects.
Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively, including caulking tools for sealing joints.
Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure proper integration of roofing systems.
Flat roofing experience is ideal but not mandatory.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Roofer or Siding Installer, or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Steep Sloped experience is desirable.
A Valid drivers license.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely.
Experience with caulking and sealing techniques is preferred.
A maintenance person background is a plus, showcasing versatility in construction tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
