Full job description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner – Student Programming, you will identify and recruit talented students and recent graduates from universities and college campuses to fill coop, summer, internship, and full-time positions. You will partner with the business to define hiring needs to ensure delivery of appropriately skilled students with focus on providing a consistent and excellent candidate experience at every opportunity.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of the student program end to end; ensuring a branded employee experience, that cultivates student relationships.
Implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Organize and facilitate on-campus recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
Coordinate, develop and maintain relationships with University and College department heads, alumni and staff and provide interface with all candidates.
Execute our student and manager program delivering outstanding experience at all touchpoints; manager communications, onboarding, performance evaluation, off boarding process etc.
Responsible for continuous process improvements based on best-in-class practices; how we recruit to how we onboard students.
Develop and provide input into design of processes, tools and programs.

Your Skills:

Strong written verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking to groups
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency with social media, talent databases, and professional networks
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems

Your Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
Post-secondary education in a related field (business, administration, human resources, or marketing preferred)

The expected salary range for this position is $55,223 - $73,170. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
