Full job description

RJ AVIATION INC., fondée en 2005, oeuvre dans le domaine de l'industrie Aerospatiale. Notre principal champs d'activités étant dans la Distribution de produits de maintenance

et consommables utilisés dans la fabrication et réparation des avions.

Les tâches seront principalement axées sur la Réception / Expéditions des marchandises, incluant aussi différentes tâches connexes.

- Effectuer la réception physique de la marchandise entrante et s’assurer que celle-ci corrobore avec les bons d’achats (numéro de lots, quantité, No de pièces)

- Procéder à la préparation de commandes, l’emballage, l’expédition de la marchandise et s’assurer de son exactitude avec le contenu des bons de livraison;

- Effectuer le chargement et le déchargement des camions à l’aide du transpallette et/ou chariot élévateur;

- Acheminer la marchandise vers les bons de travail et/ou la placer en inventaire;

- Préparer les documents relatifs à l’expédition, tel que les bons de connaissement de différents transporteurs/courriers à partir de leurs logiciels

- Préparer les documents de Matières dangereuses, s'il y a lieu.

- Participer aux décomptes d’inventaire;

- maintien des lieux de travail propres et sécuritaires

- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe, selon les besoins.

Profil recherché:

- Diplôme études secondaires (DES) complété,

- 1 à 3 d’expérience dans un département d’expédition-réception, Expérience dans le domaine Aviation (un atout)

- Francais, Anglais (parlé/écrit)

- Conduire un chariot élévateur debout (carte de cariste); carte de compétences en conduite de chariot élévateur (requis)

- opérer transpallette manuel

- respect des règles en lien avec le transport de matières dangereuses (carte un atout)

- Très bonnes habiletés d'organisation et de logistique;

- maitrise les logiciels MS office Excel, word, Outlook

- expérience avec un logiciel intégré de Gestion ERP Sage 300, un atout

- Soulever des charges lourdes

- Orienté vers le travail d’équipe;

- Sens des priorités et de l’urgence;

- Minutie et soucis du détail;

- Capacité de travailler sous pression.

Horaire de travail : 40 hres /semaine (lundi au vendredi - de 07h30 à 16h00)

RJ AVIATION INC., Founded in 2005, works in the field of Aerospace industry. Our main fields of activity being in the distribution of maintenance products and consumables used in the manufacture and repair of aircraft.

Tasks will focus mainly on Goods Receipt / Shipping, including various related tasks.

- Perform physical receipt of incoming merchandise and ensure that it corroborates with purchase orders (lot number, quantity, part number)

- Prepare orders, package, ship the goods and ensure their accuracy with the contents of the delivery notes; -

- Carry out the loading and unloading of the trucks using the transpallette and / or forklift;

- Route the goods to work orders and / or place in inventory;

- Prepare shipping documents such as carrier/courier Bill of lading via various transport companies software, as well as packing slips and Dangerous Goods documents, if applicable.

- Participate in inventory counts

- maintaining clean and safe workplaces

- Perform other related duties as required.

Required profile:

- High School Diploma (DES) completed –

- 1-3 experience in a shipping / receiving department, experience in Aerospace industry (an asset)

- French, English (spoken / written)

- Drive a forklift standing (driver card); forklift driving skills map (required)

- operate manual transpallette

- compliance with the rules relating to the transport of dangerous goods (card an asset)

- Very good organizational and logistical skills

- working knowledge MS Office Excel, word, Outlook softwares

- experience with integrated Sage 300 ERP Management software (an asset)

- Heavy lifting required

- Team player

- Sense of priorities and urgency

- Meticulousness and attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure

Work schedule: 40 hrs / week (Monday to Friday - from 07h30 to 16h00)
