Chef(fe) de projet, CPX
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Initier, planifier, exécuter, contrôler et clôturer toutes les activités associées à l’exécution des projets.
- Soutenir les efforts en matière de SST (Santé, Sécurité et Travail) et agir comme ambassadeur d’une culture de sécurité sans blessure ni incident sur le site du projet.
- Identifier tous les éléments de portée du projet et assurer leur livraison dans les délais; repérer les occasions d’accélérer les étapes critiques.
- Assurer l’exécution du projet dans le respect du budget; identifier et exploiter les possibilités de réduction des coûts.
- Agir comme principal point de contact auprès du client et développer une relation fondée sur la confiance et la collaboration afin d’accroître la fidélité de la clientèle.
- Diriger de façon constante une équipe de projet multidisciplinaire.
- Représenter les valeurs de Vestas et promouvoir des normes élevées de performance et d’intégrité.
- Encadrer, accompagner et développer les membres de l’équipe de projet.
- Gérer les entrepreneurs et les fournisseurs.
- Négocier avec les clients.
- Négocier les priorités internes avec les différents services de soutien.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Baccalauréat en génie civil, mécanique ou électrique, ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie éolienne ou dans le secteur des services publics d’électricité.
- Expérience en estimation de coûts dans le cadre de projets EPC (ingénierie, approvisionnement et construction) ou de portée BOP (Balance of Plant).
- Excellente connaissance du vocabulaire et de la terminologie clés de la production d’énergie.
- Capacité démontrée à bâtir des équipes collaboratives et à obtenir des résultats grâce au coaching, au mentorat et à la définition d’objectifs.
- Capacité démontrée à établir et à gérer d’importants budgets et ressources.
- Solide sens des affaires et compréhension des impacts financiers des décisions sur les budgets de projet.
- Capacité à établir de solides relations avec les clients et à négocier efficacement afin de résoudre les différends et favoriser des solutions gagnant-gagnant.
- Expérience de collaboration efficace avec des équipes réparties au sein d’une organisation mondiale.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du changement et des conflits. Capacité démontrée à prendre des décisions avec une approche équilibrée du risque.
- Aptitude à travailler efficacement dans un environnement sensible aux échéances, marqué par des changements rapides et des priorités concurrentes, tout en gérant plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques : MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel et PowerPoint), Primavera Project Management et SAP.
- Certification PMP.

- Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais (expression orale, écoute, rédaction, animation de réunions et présentations).
- Présence régulière et assiduité.
- Permis de conduire valide, passeport valide et disponibilité pour voyager selon les besoins de l’entreprise.
- Capacité à rester debout et à marcher pendant de longues périodes, à monter des escaliers, à utiliser des radios à courte portée, acuité visuelle incluant la perception de la profondeur, le champ visuel et la distinction des couleurs, capacité à se pencher, s’agenouiller, s’accroupir ou ramper au besoin, ainsi qu’une bonne coordination et dextérité manuelle.
- Capacité à monter sur des échelles à des hauteurs de 60 à 100 mètres.

Project Manager, CPX
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate, plan, execute, control and close all activities associated with project execution
- Support HSE effort and serve as ambassador for an injury and incident-free safety culture at the project site
- Identify all scope elements and is accountable for their timely delivery; identify opportunities for accelerating critical milestones
- Responsible for project execution within budget; identify and exploit opportunities for cost savings
- Serve as first point of contact to customer and is responsible for a relationship based on trust and co-operation, thus increasing customer loyalty
- Consistently lead multi-disciplinary project team
- Represent Vestas values and promote high standards in performance and integrity
- Coach, mentor and develop project team members
- Manage contractors and vendors
- Negotiate internal priorities with different support function departments
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years wind industry or utility experience
- Experience as an estimator in EPC or BOP scope
- Great familiarity with power generation language and key terminology
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative teams and deliver results through coaching, mentoring, and target setting
- Demonstrated ability to set and control large budgets and resources
- Solid commercial acumen and understanding of financial impacts of decisions with respect to project budgets
- Ability to build solid customer relationships and effectively negotiate with customers to resolve disputes and promote win-win solutions
- Experience in working effectively with work groups across a global organization
- Effective change and conflict management. Demonstrated decision-making skills with balanced risk taking
- Function effectively in a time-sensitive setting in environments of rapid change and conflicting demands and is capable of handling several tasks at once
- PC computer skills (MS Office), MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Primavera Project Management. SAP knowledge
