Chauffeur de navette / Shuttle Driver – YHU Terminal

À propos de nous

Le terminal YHU est un partenariat entre Porter Aviation Holdings et Macquarie Asset Management visant à développer et exploiter un terminal passagers à la fine pointe de la technologie à MET – Aéroport métropolitain de Montréal à Saint-Hubert.

Le nouveau terminal moderne sera opérationnel à compter du 15 juin 2026 et pourra accueillir jusqu’à quatre millions de passagers par année.

Le chauffeur de navette veille à offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à chaque passager lors de son arrivée et de son départ. Ce rôle comprend l’assistance aux clients, l’orientation des passagers, ainsi que l’entretien des navettes et des zones environnantes.

Responsabilités principales

Transporter les passagers de façon sécuritaire entre les différents points du terminal;
Assister et diriger les passagers lors de l’embarquement et du débarquement;
Informer le chef d’équipe de tout dysfonctionnement ou problème lié aux équipements automatisés;
Faire le plein des véhicules de navette au besoin;
Nettoyer et entretenir les navettes;
Assurer la propreté des aires de travail et des installations.

Qualifications et compétences

Expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle;
Capacité à conduire une camionnette en toute sécurité;
Permis de conduire classe 5 valide au Québec;
Bilinguisme français/anglais (une troisième langue est un atout);
Excellentes aptitudes en communication verbale;
Empathie et patience;
À l’aise avec les systèmes informatisés de transaction;
Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes et à soulever jusqu’à 30 kg;
Esprit d’équipe développé;
Capacité à obtenir une habilitation de sécurité;
Capacité à communiquer clairement à l’aide d’une radio UHF;
À l’aise avec les tâches répétitives;
Autorisé à travailler au Canada.

About Us

The YHU Terminal is a partnership between Porter Aviation Holdings and Macquarie Asset Management to develop and operate a state-of-the-art passenger terminal at MET – Montréal Metropolitan Airport in Saint-Hubert. The new modern terminal will be operational as of June 15, 2026, and will eventually accommodate up to four million passengers annually.

The Shuttle Driver ensures that every passenger has an exceptional experience upon arrival and departure from our facilities. This role involves assisting and directing customers, maintaining terminal shuttles, and ensuring the cleanliness of both vehicles and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport passengers between designated terminal locations;
Assist and direct passengers during boarding and drop-off;
Notify the Team Lead of any malfunctions or issues with automated equipment;
Refuel shuttle vehicles as required;
Clean and maintain shuttle vehicles;
Ensure cleanliness of work areas and facilities.

Qualifications & Skills

Relevant experience in customer service;
Ability to safely operate a van;
Valid Quebec Class 5 driver’s license;
Bilingual in French and English (a third language is an asset);
Strong verbal communication skills;
Empathetic and patient;
Comfortable using computerized transaction systems;
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 kg;
Strong teamwork skills;
Ability to pass a security clearance;
Ability to communicate clearly using UHF radio;
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks;
Authorized to work in Canada.
