À titre d’analyste de données pour les aéronefs actuellement en service, vous ferez partie de l’organisation des Services à la clientèle, au sein de l’équipe d’Ingénierie en service (In-Service Engineering – ISE), qui soutient les réparations structurales et la performance de la flotte. Cette équipe exploite des données d’ingénierie et d’exploitation afin d’identifier des tendances, d’améliorer les stratégies de réparation et d’accroître la disponibilité des aéronefs à l’échelle de la flotte mondiale.
Le rôle
Votre rôle en tant qu’analyste de données consistera à extraire, analyser et visualiser des données liées aux réparations, à leur récurrence et à l’utilisation des pièces de rechange, afin de favoriser une prise de décision éclairée et l’amélioration continue des activités de soutien en service.
Responsabilités :
- Extraire et analyser des données provenant de multiples bases de données d’ingénierie et de maintenance (réparations, dommages, performance de la flotte, utilisation des pièces de rechange);
- Identifier les réparations récurrentes ainsi que les tendances et modèles ayant une incidence sur les structures des aéronefs;
- Analyser la récurrence des réparations et les enjeux de fiabilité afin de soutenir les améliorations d’ingénierie et de réduire les interruptions opérationnelles;
- Effectuer le suivi et l’analyse de la consommation et des tendances d’utilisation des pièces de rechange afin d’appuyer l’optimisation de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et des activités de maintenance;
- Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord interactifs et des rapports (Google Workspace / Looker Studio ou équivalent, tel que Power BI);
- Traduire des données complexes en recommandations et informations exploitables;
- Collaborer avec les ingénieurs et les parties prenantes afin de définir les besoins en données;
- Soutenir les stratégies de soutien en service grâce à des recommandations fondées sur les données;
- Assurer la qualité et la cohérence des données;
- Contribuer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue.
Exigences
- Baccalauréat complété;
- Maîtrise de la suite Google (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.) ou d’un outil équivalent;
- Expérience dans le secteur aérospatial (atout);
- Bilinguisme (le français est considéré comme un atout).

JobTitle: In Service Data Analyst
Location: Mirabel (4 days a week on-site)
As the data analyst for aircraft that are currently off the ground (in-service) you will be part of the customer services organization, within the In-Service Engineering (ISE) team, supporting structural repairs and fleet performance. This team leverages engineering and operational data to identify trends, improve repair strategies, and enhance aircraft availability across the global fleet.
The role
Your role as a Data Analyst will be to extract, analyze, and visualize data related to repairs, recurrence, and spare parts usage, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement of in-service support activities.
- Extract and analyze data from multiple engineering and maintenance databases (repairs, damages, fleet performance, spare parts usage);
- Identify recurring repairs, trends, and patterns affecting aircraft structures;
- Analyze repair recurrence and reliability issues to support engineering improvements and reduce operational disruptions;
- Monitor and assess spare parts consumption and usage trends to support supply chain and maintenance optimization;
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Google Suites/Data suite or equivalent to Power BI)
- Translate complex data into actionable insights;
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define data needs;
- Support in-service support strategies with data-driven recommendations;
- Ensure data quality and consistency;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Google Suite (google sheet, data studio etc.) or equivalent
- Aerospace (nice to have)
- Bilingual (French is a nice to have)
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $63,277- $77,339 CAD / year
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
