RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Planifier et optimiser les opérations de transport (ramassage, livraisons et retours);
Assurer le bon déroulement de la chaîne logistique de l’expéditeur et le consignataire;
Effectuer les ajustements nécessaires aux assignations en fonction des besoins opérationnels;
Soutenir les chauffeurs et répondre à leurs besoins opérationnels durant leur quart de travail;
Intervenir rapidement lors de situations pouvant affecter le service à la clientèle;
Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Détenir un AEC en logistique du transport ou détenir un D.E.P. en transport routier (atout);
Posséder de l’expérience dans un travail similaire;
Bilinguisme français et anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (communication générale avec notre clientèle);
Faire preuve d’autonomie, de débrouillardise et d’un excellent jugement;
Être reconnu pour ses habilités en communication et son sens du service;
Posséder bonne connaissance géographique;
Être capable de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément et garder son sang-froid et son efficacité lors des imprévus.

HORAIRE

Du dimanche 21h00 au vendredi matin 6h00.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and optimize transportation operations (pickups, deliveries, and returns);
Ensure the smooth operation of the logistics chain between shippers and consignees;
Make necessary adjustments to dispatch assignments based on operational needs;
Support drivers and respond to their operational needs during their shifts;
Act quickly to resolve situations that may affect customer service;
Perform all other related duties as assigned.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Hold an AEC in Transportation Logistics or a DEP in Truck Transportation (an asset);
Previous experience in a similar role;
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (general communication with our customers);
Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness, and excellent judgment;
Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset;
Good geographical knowledge;
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining calm and efficient in unexpected situations.

SCHEDULE

Sunday 9:00 p.m. to Friday 6:00 a.m.

SALARY

Competitive salary based on experience;
Night shift premium offered in addition to the regular salary.
