Lundi au vendredi, 8 h à 17 h
Ce poste est réparti entre la coordination de service et administration (60 %) et les opérations d’expédition et réception (40 %), combinant travail de bureau, coordination client et tâches logistiques pratiques.

Responsabilités
Coordination service et location (60 %) :
Gérer les demandes clients, planifier les locations et services, assurer le suivi des dossiers et coordonner les équipements
Expédition / réception (40 %) :
Recevoir les marchandises, préparer les expéditions et maintenir un inventaire précis
Service à la clientèle :
Assurer une communication rapide et professionnelle avec les clients
Documentation :
Maintenir des dossiers précis dans les systèmes internes
Profil recherché
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) minimum requis
- Excellente organisation et gestion des priorités
- À l’aise dans un rôle combinant bureau et opérations
- Rigueur et souci du détail
- 1 an d’expérience (atout)

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This role is split between Service & Rental Coordination / Administration (60%) and Shipping & Receiving operations (40%), combining customer coordination, administrative support, and hands-on logistics work.

We are currently seeking a motivated, organized, and solution-oriented Service & Rental Coordinator / Shipping & Receiving team member to join our Montréal branch.

Key Responsibilities
Service & Rental Coordination (60%):
Manage customer requests, schedule service and rental work, follow up on active files, and coordinate equipment flow
Shipping & Receiving (40%):
Receive incoming shipments, prepare outgoing orders, and maintain accurate inventory records
Customer Service:
Provide timely and professional communication with clients
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records within internal systems
Qualifications
- Minimum College Diploma (DEC) required
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working in both office and operational environments
- Attention to detail and accountability
- 1 year experience (preferred)
