Apply metal to customer orders and accurately process material according to the work order specifications. Ensure that processing equipment is maintained in a safe and clean condition. Maintain processing area in a clean, safe and orderly manner. Complete all required information entry accurately. Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Principales responsabilités:

Tirer, inspecter et vérifier les produits avant de les traiter.

Configurer correctement et en toute sécurité l'équipement pour faire fonctionner le matériel conformément aux spécifications des notes de montage.

Traiter les notes de réglage conformément aux spécifications du bon de travail.

Vérifier que le produit répond aux spécifications de la note de réglage selon les instructions de travail écrites et enregistrer les mesures (plan d'échantillonnage).

Communiquer avec le représentant des ventes approprié en ce qui concerne les modifications/précisions apportées aux commandes.

Effectuer la maintenance préventive de l'équipement.

Saisir/supprimer correctement les étiquettes d'identification des matériaux conformément aux instructions écrites

Effectuer le nettoyage général

Participer à l'emballage des matériaux conformément aux instructions écrites et le bon de travail

Maintenir en état de fonctionnement les équipements de mesure fournis.

Key Accountabilities:
