Full job description

Elena is hiring cooks for all stations for the upcoming season, part time and full time. Applicants need to have minimum of two years of experience in the restaurant industry. Experience with naturally leavened dough, pizza and pasta is an asset.

We are an Italian restaurant located in St Henri, specializing in natural wine, seasonal and local ingredients and sourdough pizza.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed during food handling and preparation.
Assist in meal preparation and plating, ensuring timely service during peak hours.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Provide exceptional service by engaging with customers when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
