- Improve accounting procedures, controls, and workflows
- Support and improve the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Develop useful financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Document accounting processes and ensure procedures are followed
- Assist ownership and management with financial and operational projects
Qualifications
- CPA designation in good standing
- Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar role

- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a practical accounting professional who takes ownership and follows issues through to completion.
They are equally comfortable processing payroll or a vendor invoice, reconciling an account, reviewing inventory costs, preparing financial statements, and providing management with meaningful financial analysis.
This position is best suited to someone who enjoys being directly involved in the accounting function rather than simply overseeing it.
