Are you looking to be part of a collaborative and passionate team of health professionals? Habitat Health is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Part-Time Receptionist to be the face of our clinic and support our mission of providing exceptional care. We are looking for someone part time to cover evenings and vacation.

About Us:

At Habitat Health, we pride ourselves on a holistic, team-based approach to patient care. Our clinic is home to a diverse group of practitioners, and our reception staff play a key role in ensuring every client receives seamless, personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
Triage clients to the appropriate health professional based on their needs
Handle insurance filings and minor bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members
Maintain accurate client records using clinic management software
Support the day-to-day flow of the clinic

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, professional, and calm demeanor
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Tech-savvy with experience in administrative software
A passion for helping people and being part of a health-focused environment
Previous experience in a medical or health clinic setting is a strong asset
