## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
## Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required
Role/Responsibilities:
+ Take an active role in service during all operating hours
+ Uphold the Browns commitment to quality in service with ongoing training of hourly staff
+ Maintain/support the high standard of quality represented in our Food & Beverage programs
+ Maintain daily communication for Food, Wine and Beverage details as they relate to service
+ Ability to culture a work environment where staff development and good work are recognized
+ Develop and maintain regular clientele
+ Increase guest check average
+ Balance daily cash
+ Meet labour targets
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Familiarity with food handling, food safety, and the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.40-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
