Our Customer Experience Ambassadors are the friendly faces who greet customers as they enter, offer assistance, and contribute to a positive and safe shopping environment. Provide exceptional customer service and support, acting as a welcoming first point of contact for all customers and colleagues.

Assist customers with inquiries and provide guidance, including supporting a seamless customer flow at store entrances and exits.

Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards (e.g., spills, wet floors) to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for everyone.

Respond calmly and effectively to any urgent situations, escalating as needed to ensure customer and colleague well-being.

Maintain accurate records and complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.

Strong ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with store teams and customers.

Exceptional customer service skills, with a natural talent for making connections and building rapport.

A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanour that puts customers at ease.

Proven ability to maintain composure and provide assistance during challenging or urgent situations.
