Elite Regent Technologies is a boutique digital solutions and technology firm specializing in custom software engineering, enterprise web applications, and integrated IT infrastructure systems.
We operate a dedicated outbound prospecting engine powered by a team of Lead Generation Specialists who continuously book qualified discovery meetings directly into our Closers' calendars. We are seeking an aggressive, articulate, and technical Senior Account Executive (Closer) to convert these discovery calls into signed contracts and collect initial project deposits.
Role Overview
As a Technology Sales Closer, you will take full ownership of the bottom half of our sales funnel. You will conduct discovery calls, present technical solution demos, draft custom proposals using our standardized pricing matrices, negotiate terms, and close enterprise deals.
You do not need to do cold outreach or prospecting. Your sole focus is taking 4–6 warm, qualified discovery calls per day and securing initial client deposit payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute High-Volume Discovery & Demos: Lead 20+ scheduled discovery and solution presentation calls weekly with prospective clients.
- Scope & Pitch Solutions: Evaluate prospective client needs, translate technical requirements into structured Statements of Work, and present custom company proposals.
- Secure Upfront Deposits: Negotiate deal terms and enforce company payment terms.
- Manage Pipeline & CRM: Maintain accurate deal stages, call notes, and follow-up activities inside our central CRM.
- Cooperate with Lead Generation Pods: Provide feedback to your assigned Lead Generation pod on lead quality, budget fit, and conversion metrics to continuously sharpen outbound targeting.
- Smooth Client Onboarding: Facilitate clean project hand-offs to executive leadership and engineering teams once initial funds are cleared.
Compensation & Structure
We offer a high-yield commission model tied directly to cash-flow execution:
- Commission Rate: 10% Total Contract Value per closed deal.
- Deal Size Expectations: Typical project values range from $10,000 to $50,000+ (yielding $1,000 to $5,000+ in total commission per deal).
- Uncapped Earning Potential: With 5 Lead Generation Specialists filling your calendar, top performers are projected to close 3 to 6 deals per month.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven Track Record: 3+ years of experience in business-to-business technology sales, software agency sales, custom web/application development sales, or IT consulting.
- Closing Proficiency: Demonstrated history of closing $10,000+ consultative agency or technology contracts.
- Financial & Contractual Discipline: Experience negotiating payment terms, securing upfront deposits, and working with Master Service Agreements / Statements of Work.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to comfortably discuss high-level software development concepts, database architecture, application programming interfaces, and user interface / user experience design workflows with founders, technology heads, and business owners.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal articulation, high emotional intelligence, and relentless objection-handling skills.
- Tools: Proficiency with modern CRM platforms (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Close), Google Workspace, and web conferencing tools (Zoom/Google Meet).
