Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and self-driven Lead Generator / B2B Sales Specialist to join our team at Elite Regent Technologies! In this role, you will be the driving force behind building a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach, strategic engagement, and targeted business development. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help us connect with new business opportunities and set the stage for high-ticket sales conversions across custom software, web/mobile applications, and industrial robotics solutions.

This is a 100% commission-based position offering uncapped earning potential for driven sales professionals who want direct control over their revenue.

Compensation & Earnings Potential

100% Commission-Based (Uncapped)
Commission Rate: 5% to 8% of the total deal value for every lead you generate that converts into a closed sale.
Earning Potential: High-ticket custom software and robotics deals range from mid-tier to enterprise-level contracts. A single closed deal can net significant payouts (e.g., $2,500 – $8,000+ per deal).

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting, telemarketing, and digital outreach campaigns to identify and qualify high-potential B2B leads across target industries.
Engage key decision-makers (CTOs, Operations Directors, Business Owners) through compelling, value-driven conversations emphasizing our custom technology solutions.
Qualify prospects by assessing client needs, project scope, budget, and decision-making timelines before passing them to the sales closing team.
Utilize CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and execute consistent follow-up workflows.
Collaborate with executive leadership to refine target account lists and maximize lead-to-close conversion rates.
Stay informed on our custom software, app development, and industrial robotics offerings to articulate high-level ROI to prospective clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cold outreach, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development—preferably in technology, software, or B2B sectors.
Self-starter mindset with the discipline and drive required for a 100% performance-based role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the confidence to speak with senior decision-makers.
Familiarity with CRM platforms for lead tracking and data hygiene.
Technical sales awareness or a strong ability to understand software and automation solutions is highly desirable.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
