Position: Full-Time Service Advisor
Wage: based on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for service customers
- Schedule and manage vehicle service appointments
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with technicians to provide accurate estimates and timelines
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Promote and uphold the dealership’s customer service standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing role (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic automotive knowledge (an asset)
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
