Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks that require physical strength and dexterity. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

Knowledge in flat commercial and residential roofing an asset
Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as assigned.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Experience

Full G license with experience in driving larger trucks an asset
Previous experience in construction, roofing an asset
Ability to read and interpret basic instructions or blueprints is a plus.
Familiarity with operating machinery or tools is advantageous.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
