Breakfast Chef – Arctic Lodges

Escape the ordinary this summer and step into one of Canada’s most unique culinary environments. Arctic Lodges is a premium, fly-in fishing lodge located on the shores of Reindeer Lake in northern Saskatchewan, serving a discerning clientele in a truly remote setting.
We are seeking a Breakfast Chef for the upcoming season who takes pride in consistency, presentation, and delivering a high-quality start to each guest’s day.
This role is responsible for executing a refined breakfast service each morning for 16 guests, as well as preparing staff breakfast for a team of approximately 20. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone for the guest experience, where attention to detail and timing matter.
You’ll work alongside an experienced kitchen team including our Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Kitchen Assistant in a well-run, professional environment.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and execute daily breakfast service for lodge guests with a focus on quality and consistency
Plan and prepare staff breakast.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
Assist with prep, ordering awareness, and overall kitchen flow
Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene
What We’re Looking For
Strong breakfast and short-order cooking experience
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
