Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and woodworking components with precision and attention to detail. Your expertise will contribute to creating beautiful, functional spaces for our clients, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and timely project completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that showcase your craftsmanship and technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinetry and woodwork
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components using hand tools and power tools with precision
Install cabinets, countertops, shelving, and related fixtures in residential or commercial spaces following safety standards
Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, painting, or sealing to achieve a polished look
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless integration of cabinetry within overall construction plans
Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing and installation process to ensure adherence to specifications
Assist with related tasks including drywall finishing, flooring installation, caulking, rebar installation, or masonry work as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or cabinet making with a strong portfolio of completed projects
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently
Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., saws, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), and CNC machinery for precise fabrication
Knowledge of construction processes such as concrete forming, drywall installation, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry is a plus
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during manufacturing or installation tasks
Familiarity with construction estimating and project planning is advantageous
Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between job sites as required
