Full job description

Nutana Bakery is looking for a friendly, reliable, and dedicated baker to join our team. If you have a passion for baking and creating delicious treats, this is your chance to work in a welcoming, community-loved bakery. As a baker with us you’ll play a key role in producing our daily stock and maintaining the high-quality standards our customers have loved since 1951.

Responsibilities

Bake, decorate and package any cake, cupcake orders.
Assist and support front of house staff when needed.
Monitor inventory levels of baked goods.
Complete a variety of prep work.
Decorate donuts.
Work independently and safely with bakery equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work station and equipment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking ingredients and supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

What We’re Looking For

Previous cake decorating experience is required.
Previous baking or professional kitchen experience is required.
Strong organization skills.
Ability to work independently and stay productive without supervision.
Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Positive energy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Hours

Sunday-Monday: Off
Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
