What You'll Be Doing
As an Area Coordinator, you'll become the local Area Coordinator for Neighbourhood Welcome by:
- Building relationships with local businesses and community organizations
- Introducing businesses to the Neighbourhood Welcome partnership program
- Securing new business partnerships
- Collecting promotional materials and offers from local signed partners
- Organizing and assembling welcome packages for newcomers
- Personally delivering welcome packages to newcomers
- Building relationships with new residents
- Managing your area's Facebook page by postin community-focused posts each week
- Attending community events, networking opportunities, and local markets
- Participating in weekly team Zoom meetings (Tuesdays at 1:30 pm PST & Thursday at 10:30 am PST)
Most importantly, you'll be creating meaningful connections that strengthen your community.

Compensation
This is a commission-based Independent Contractor opportunity.
There are no limits on what you can earn.
Our Area Coordinators currently average between $1,000 and $3,000+ per month, with many opportunities to grow beyond that based on the partnerships they build.
Your success is directly connected to your effort and the relationships you build.
