- Support the Front Office by overseeing daily operations and acting as Manager on Duty.
- Address guest issues proactively and assist or act as an alternate for service recovery initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for handling and reporting client-related issues, including reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
- Responsible for front office staff schedules, staffing and time-off requests.
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback to front office staff, identifying areas for improvement and development opportunities.
- Mentor and hold front office staff accountable.
- Provide training and support when needed.
Support the Front Desk operations overall by assisting with guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and other typical day-to-day tasks.

- 1-2 years of management or supervisor experience at the front desk in a hotel or in other hospitality establishments.
- Familiarity with Opera or any other property management system is beneficial.
- A "go-getter" who's not afraid to be hands-on. Working weekends and even the odd evening is to be expected in this role.
- A tech whiz - there's a lot of technology and hospitality software systems involved.
