```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at The Flats Eatery + Drink. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a collaborative team, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties:```
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with meal preparation as needed

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working in a food service or restaurant kitchen preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work well in a team setting
