Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Aircraft Refueler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that aircraft are safely and efficiently refueled in accordance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, capable to be self motivated and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment who is available to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate refueling equipment and vehicles to refuel aircraft.
- Conduct pre-refueling inspections of equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Monitor fuel levels and maintain accurate records of fuel transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with flight crews and ground personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the refueling area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during refueling operations.
- Assist in training new staff members on refueling procedures and safety measures.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate refueling schedules.
Experience
- Previous experience in aircraft refueling or related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculations.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Organizational skills to maintain records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership roles within the team.
