Conspire Health is an integrative wellness clinic in Saskatoon rooted in the science of breathing and nervous system health. We have local and international clientele and we partner with a concierge medical provider in the U. S.

The Role
We’re looking for a Clinic Administrator to join us in a hybrid capacity - a mix of in-office and remote work based in Saskatoon. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the clinic: managing bookings, supporting practitioners, communicating with clients, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a 4-day-per-week position (32 hours/week).
We’re hoping for someone who can start as soon as possible.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing client bookings and scheduling using Jane App
- Handling client intake, communications, and follow-up (you need solid communication skills)
- Handling budgeting, billing, and shipping to optimize clinic resources
- Maintaining confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA, PIPEDA and PHIPA
- Supporting day-to-day clinic operations, both on-site and remotely
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and for the clinic founder - keeping the clinic running smoothly so she can focus on her clients
- Assisting in onboarding new staff members and providing ongoing training on office systems and protocols
What We’re Looking For
The non-negotiables:
- Prior experience in therapeutic or medical office management, along with supervisory responsibilities, is essential to succeed in this position.
- Familiarity with Canadian and US health privacy laws (HIPAA PIPEDA, PHIPA) and a genuine respect for confidentiality
- Comfort with booking platforms like Jane App (or similar)
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
Bonus points for:
- Working knowledge of Canva for occasional marketing or content support
- A natural warmth with clients and a calm presence under pressure
- Being the kind of person who notices what needs doing and just does it
Compensation
