Full job description

ICR just keeps growing! Our growing property management division is seeking one more commercial property manager to join our team. You should have at least 2 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a broad understanding of finance, leasing, legal matters, marketing and construction. You are a highly flexible person, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You're a multi-tasker who thrives on problem solving and enjoys tackling new challenges every day.

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, operation, and optimization of commercial properties under your portfolio. You will play a key role in maximizing the financial performance and value of the properties by implementing effective strategies and maintaining positive tenant relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Operations:

Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, repairs, security, and cleanliness.
Develop and implement property management plans and procedures to optimize property performance.
Oversee lease agreements, rent collection, and budgeting processes.
Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance and improvement projects.

Tenant Relations:

Foster positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenant communication and ensure high tenant satisfaction levels.

Financial Performance:

Develop and manage property budgets, tracking income, expenses, and variances.
Implement cost-effective strategies to increase revenue, minimize vacancies, and control operating expenses.
Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.

Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential liabilities.
Manage insurance coverage and claims related to the properties.
Conduct regular property risk assessments and implement necessary measures.
