The Role
Cameco’s business technology services (BTS) department provides vital services to world-wide operations utilizing a variety of technologies to support key operations. The team strives to standardize and harmonize process and data and incorporate industry-leading practices to deliver business value.
In this role, you will:
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution across enterprise applications.
- Support application changes, enhancements, and deployments across DEV/TEST/PROD environments.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and configure system solutions.
- Participate in application implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure solutions align with established processes, data standards, and best practices.

Required:
- bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related discipline;
- three to five years of experience supporting enterprise applications;
- experience administering on-premise and/or cloud-based platforms;
- strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills in a structured IT support environment;
- experience working within controlled change management processes;
- ability to translate business requirements into system configurations; and
- strong understanding of end-to-end business process impacts.
Recommended:
- relevant industry or product certifications;
- prior experience in SAP S4 HANA (or desire to learn);
- exposure to AI-enabled applications, tools, or data platforms;
- basic scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python); and
- project coordination or business analyst experience.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $107,000 per annum*
