Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated FOH Supervisor to oversee the nightly operations of Congress Beer House. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills to ensure a high-quality experience for our guests. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, maintaining food safety standards, and optimizing the performance of our gastropub.

*Shifts will primarily be weekday evenings and weekend evenings to late night.

Responsibilities

Supervise operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

Experience in restaurants or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent team skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
Exceptional communication skills for interacting with guests, and staff.
Ability to stay calm and supervise in a fast-paced gastropub environment
