About Us

Innovative Stonecraft Inc. is a growing Saskatoon-based manufacturer of architectural stone veneer products. We supply builders, contractors, masons, dealers, and distributors across Western Canada.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales & Customer Support Representative to support our customers, showroom, Saskatchewan sales activities, and outside sales team.

Position Summary

This is an active sales and customer support role that combines customer service, proactive sales outreach, account development, quoting, order coordination, showroom support, and assistance to our outside sales team.

This role combines inside sales, outside sales, customer service, estimating, and showroom support, making every day different. You'll be responsible for building lasting customer relationships while preparing accurate takeoffs, quotations, and sales orders that help our clients successfully complete their projects.

You'll work closely with homeowners, builders, architects, designers, masons, exterior cladding companies, contractors, and building supply dealers, helping bring projects to life with our handcrafted manufactured stone veneer products.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Respond to inbound sales inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Proactively generate new business through outbound sales, networking, and customer visits.
Welcome and assist retail customers visiting our showroom.
Travel throughout Saskatoon, Regina, and surrounding Saskatchewan communities to meet clients, strengthen existing relationships, and develop new business opportunities.
Prepare accurate material takeoffs, quotations, estimates, and sales orders for residential and commercial projects.
Calculate project quantities and assist customers in selecting the appropriate products for their applications.
Ensure all quotes, sales orders, and customer information are accurate before processing.
Work closely with customers to answer questions regarding product quantities, pricing, product selection, and installation requirements.
Coordinate with production and administration to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist with shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and order preparation as required.
Help maintain sample inventory and showroom displays.
Represent Innovative Stonecraft professionally at trade shows, networking events, Lunch & Learns, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

Previous experience in inside sales, outside sales, account management, or business development.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to accurately calculate square footage, material quantities, and project requirements.
Experience preparing estimates, takeoffs, quotations, or sales orders is considered a strong asset.
High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies before orders are processed.
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with the ability to travel throughout Saskatchewan.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software (or willing to learn).
Experience working in the construction, building materials, masonry, architectural, design, or exterior cladding industries is considered a strong asset.
