Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse guest population effectively. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and during check-in/check-out processes with professional phone etiquette.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling guest inquiries and reservations with courtesy and accuracy.
Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy.
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and offering local information or assistance as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all guest areas are welcoming and professional.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating guest records in the hotel management system.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and facilities are operational overnight.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while demonstrating professionalism and hospitality standards throughout your shift.

Experience

Prior experience in front desk operations or hotel reception is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling guest inquiries in a courteous manner.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations.
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key.
