Position Overview

We are currently hiring Roofers / Roofing Laborers to assist with residential and commercial roofing projects. This role involves hands-on work installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems while following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Install and repair roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat roofing, etc.)
Tear off and replace existing roofs
Load and unload materials and tools
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow safety regulations and company procedures
Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements

Previous roofing experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Valid driver’s license is an asset
Fall protection certificate (we will enroll you in the course if you do not have your certificate)
