We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Customer Care Representative to join our team in Saskatchewan. The Customer Care Representative plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for managing client accounts, processing orders, responding to inquiries, and supporting sales efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
· Serve as the first point of contact for ViviGro clients, assisting with pricing, order placements, delivery details, and general inquiries.
· Coordinate sales orders received from the sales team and direct customer requests through internal systems.
· Generate and manage Sales Orders, ensuring timely follow-up with clients as needed.
· Process invoices, product returns, and credit memos accurately and efficiently.
· Collaborate with the team and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
· Maintain departmental filing systems and spreadsheets, support document management and record retention efforts.
· Assist with departmental tasks including data entry, accounts receivable documentation, quality assurance, and invoice processing.
· Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to create client records, manage support tickets, and track issues and resolutions.
· Qualify new prospects and leads, fostering long-term relationships with clients and members of the supply chain.
· Collect and consolidate sales and call reports for internal review and reporting purposes.
· Undertake any other responsibilities relevant to the role, as assigned by the supervisor, to support the team and organization.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Diploma in Administration or bachelor’s degree in a related field (minimum 1 year completed).
· Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or sales support role.
· Energetic and eager to gain hands-on business experience in sales and marketing within a dynamic, locally operated organization.
· Highly motivated and self-starting individual who proactively seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.
· Naturally inquisitive, with strong listening skills and a client-centric mindset—able to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
· Demonstrates a flexible and adaptive approach to problem-solving; believes in personalized solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all strategy.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
· Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and other administrative tools.
· Logistics experience is considered an asset
