This isn’t just a back-office credit role. As part of our Credit team, you’ll operate at the heart of the business—partnering with credit teammates, sales, supporting customers, and making real-time decisions that directly impact growth and profitability.
You’ll develop a strong foundation in:

What You’ll Do
As a Credit teammate, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts and play a key role in protecting and growing the business.
Your day-to-day will include:

Evaluating new customer applications and making credit decisions
-
Setting and managing credit limits in collaboration with leadership
-
Partnering with sales teams to support smart, profitable growth

Monitoring accounts and proactively managing collections
-
Communicating with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes
-
Identifying risk and helping develop action plans for higher-risk accounts
-
Maintaining accurate account records and documentation
Supporting continuous improvement in credit processes
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for driven, curious individuals who want to build a career!
You might be a great fit if you:

Have a college or university degree (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)

Are early in your business career or have experience in credit, finance, or accounting

Are working toward (or interested in) a Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation

Enjoy analyzing data and solving problems

Communicate confidently and build strong relationships

Thrive in a team-oriented environment

Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Bonus if you have:

Exposure to credit in construction or distribution industries
