```Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced to join our team. As a , you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction and maintenance projects. If you have a strong background in construction and enjoy working on diverse projects, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Perform various construction and maintenance tasks according to project requirements

- Utilize power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks

- Install siding, caulk gaps, and ensure proper insulation

- Conduct repairs and troubleshoot issues as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a or similar role in the construction industry

- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment

- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Knowledge of construction estimating is a plus

- Carpentry experience is highly desirable

- Ability to fabricate materials as needed
