We are currently hiring Full-timeTearista / Team Associate at our exciting new location in Richmond Hill. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated & passionate people to join our team! Having experience working with customer service, fast paced environment, food and beverage experience is an asset but not a requirement. Functions of this job entail cash handling at the POS, customer service, sales & daily routine cleanliness & maintenance, tea and drink preparation and various other duties required in a cafe.

Key Qualifications:
- Food & Beverage experience considered an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be available to work weekends and weekdays
Job Duties include:
- Process cash, debit and credit card payments
- Drink preparation
- Routine cleaning & maintenance
- Various cafe duties
- Possible lifting of up to 25 kg
Required education:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Food handler and First Aid certification considered an asset but not required
Operating Hours & Availability:
- Job Type: Full-time
- The ideal candidates should be available a minimum of 35 hours per week and including the ability to work mornings, evenings, during the day & MUST ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKEND & HOLIDAY
- Opening shifts can be starting as early as 9am. Closing shifts can be ending at 11:30pm
