Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by coordinating client communications, managing sales documentation, and assisting with the execution of sales strategies. The Sales Analyst will work closely with sales managers and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams to ensure timely communication.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Track sales targets and prepare reports to monitor progress toward departmental goals.
- Assist in onboarding new clients by providing necessary documentation and support during the initial stages of engagement.
- Analyze sales, shipment, market, and financial data to uncover insights and identify opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the channel.
- Support customer and internal meetings with analysis and recommendations.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure they are championed across the business.
- Monitor purchase orders, shipping schedules, and customer delivery requirements
- Support account teams with order documentation, reporting, and issue resolution
- Create and maintain new items in internal systems, including NIC form creation and product master data entry
- Ensure accuracy of style details, pricing, costing, sizing, and key attributes
- Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal production teams
- Track production timelines, confirm delivery dates, and communicate updates to sales leadership
- Coordinate and manage all product samples
Experience
- Prior experience in sales analyst, sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative independently.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within a fast-paced sales environment while contributing to the overall success of our organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years in supply chain and analytic experience selling into Walmart.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and RetailLink
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and work under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to think critically and problem solve independently
- Customer focused with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to turn data into sales insights, and create stories with it
Pay: $41,448.84-$58,000.00 per year
