Full job description

We are a full cycle accounting firm looking for an individual to join our small office as an integral staff member. You should possess intermediate to advanced skills in Sage desktop and cloud, QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Microsoft office. You should be a good communicator as you would be dealing directly with our clients, and to able to work independently, with attention to detail as accuracy is a must. Experience is not a requirement but a willingness to learn is essential in this position as there is room for growth and advancement as our company grows.

The successful candidate should be able to apply to the Certified Professional Bookkeepers for membership.

Duties:

To complete bookkeeping activities for our clients, within a variety of industries:

To include monthly, quarterly data entry,

Payroll,

Bank reconciliations,

Credit Card statement reconciliations

Shareholder loan reconciliations,

Month End reports,

Year-end reports,

Payroll Remittance reports,

Other duties as assigned.

Must be local as we do not work from home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
