Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Cheese Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and teamwork are essential. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high-quality standards and supporting production processes to meet company goals. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stable employment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with the assembly, packaging, and inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and productivity
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Food safety/handling skills
Clean machines and immediate work areas
Ability to lift and handle heavy loads

Experience

Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and operational procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
