Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager at La Gare to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive the restaurant’s success by maintaining high standards in food quality, service excellence, and operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about the food industry and dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a cohesive and motivated team
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and resolving any issues with professionalism and enthusiasm
Maintain strict food handling and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe environment for staff and guests
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee food storage to minimize waste and control costs
Implement hospitality best practices to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business
Oversee restaurant cleanliness, sanitation practices, and overall presentation to uphold brand standards

Experience

Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry, with demonstrated leadership in team management
Strong background in restaurant management with knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling procedures
Experience in hospitality environments with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
Previous roles involving interviewing potential staff members and managing restaurant operations effectively
Leadership skills that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment
