Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across residential properties. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
Handle laundry services efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition and stocked appropriately
Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences, providing excellent customer service at all times
Manage your schedule effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as requested by clients or supervisors to uphold the highest cleanliness standards

Requirements

Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is highly desirable
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple assignments
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and safety practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
