Job Title: Collision Estimator (CSR)
Location: Nobleton, Ontario
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Weekends Off

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collision Estimator (CSR) to join our team in Nobleton, ON. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a collision repair environment and possess strong customer service and estimating skills. Experience with collision repair networks such as CSN, FIX Auto, CARSTAR, or similar collision centres is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate repair estimates for collision-damaged vehicles
Communicate with customers regarding repair processes, timelines, and updates
Review vehicle damage and coordinate repairs with technicians and insurance companies
Manage work orders, estimates, and customer documentation
Ensure all repairs are properly documented and billed
Maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and suppliers
Coordinate vehicle scheduling and monitor repair progress
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, CSR, or similar role in a collision centre
Experience working with CSN, FIX Auto, CARSTAR, or other collision repair facilities preferred
Hands-on experience using Mitchell estimating software preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of automotive collision repair processes is an asset
