We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Deals Administrator & Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our Fergus office.

What You'll Do
- Process real estate transactions from inception to closing
- Review files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Manage deposits, commission processing, transaction reporting, and file tracking
- Coordinate with agents, lawyers, mortgage professionals, and outside brokerages
- Report transactions to MLS and applicable boards
- Maintain FINTRAC and regulatory compliance standards
- Support office operations and front-desk functions
- Assist with agent support and administrative projects
- Prepare and coordinate marketing materials as required
- Follow and help enforce brokerage systems, procedures, and standards
- Identify issues before they become problems and proactively help solve them

Experience & Technical Requirements Preferred:
- 3+ years of real estate administration, transaction coordination, conveyancing, or brokerage operations experience
- Experience with Lone Wolf
- Experience with TransactionDesk and Webforms
- Working knowledge of MLS systems
- Understanding of FINTRAC requirements and real estate compliance procedures
- Knowledge of commissions, deposits, trust processes, and transaction accounting
