Under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Director, the job holder performs a service role with clients, handles bids, price requests and orders in addition to assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing with tasks related to the development of sales territories.
Fostering a human approach and direct contact with customers and prospects, the job holder will:
- Respond to customer requests and questions.
- Process and track bid requests and orders.
- Participate in sales meetings.
- Ensure the organisation of exhibitions.
- Conduct market research to support the development of sales territories.
- Support the sales and marketing director in the realisation of projects.
This person could also have the opportunity to:
- Participate in the development of marketing strategies.
- Depending on their availability, participate with the team in the various exhibitions as an exhibitor to promote our company.
- Depending on their availability, participate in client visits to ensure customer satisfaction primarily in Ontario, Nova Scotia and the USA.

DESCRIPTION
Sous la supervision du directeur ventes et marketing, la personne titulaire du poste assure un rôle de service auprès des clients, traite les demandes de soumissions et les commandes en plus d’assister le directeur des ventes et marketing dans des tâches liées au développement des territoires de ventes.
Privilégiant une approche humaine et un contact direct auprès de la clientèle et des clients potentiels, la personne titulaire aura à :
- Répondre aux demandes et questions des clients.
- Traiter et assurer le suivi des demandes de soumissions et des commandes.
- Participer aux réunions de ventes.
- Assurer l’organisation des expositions.
- Effectuer des démarches pour les études de marché afin de soutenir les démarches de développement des territoires de ventes.
- Soutenir le directeur ventes et marketing dans la réalisation de projets.
Cette personne aura également la possibilité de :
- Participer au développement des stratégies marketing.
- Selon sa disponibilité, participer avec l’équipe aux différentes expositions en tant qu’exposant pour promouvoir notre entreprise.
- Selon sa disponibilité, participer à des visites client afin d’assurer un suivi sur la satisfaction de la clientèle principalement en Ontario, en Nouvelle-Écosse et aux États-Unis.
