This is a hands-on, active, and highly flexible position. Because this is an on-call role, you must be available and ready to come to work with less than 24 hours' notice to help us maintain our exceptional standard of care. Your shifts will be diverse - spanning daycare supervision, boarding care, facility maintenance, and client services. You must be comfortable working independently with a group of animals while taking direction well from management and seamlessly collaborating with the rest of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Play: Oversee safe playtime for dogs of varying breeds, sizes, and energy levels.
- Care Routines: Feed dogs and safely administer medications.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform rigorous daily cleaning of both indoor kennels and outdoor yard areas, including sanitizing spaces, picking up waste, and general housekeeping.
- Client Services: Assist with reception duties, check-ins, answering phones, taking reservations, and capturing high-quality photos of the dogs for client updates.
- Pack Management: Maintain constant awareness of dog behavior and group dynamics, responding promptly and appropriately using positive reinforcement techniques.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
