Fleet Manager – High-Volume Automotive Dealership

Are you a driven, organized, and relationship-focused professional with experience in fleet sales and commercial accounts? We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our high-volume dealership in Sherwood Park. This is an exciting opportunity to build and grow a successful fleet department while working with one of the area's busiest automotive dealerships.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, municipal, and corporate fleet clients.
Prospect and generate new fleet business through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Manage the entire fleet sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
Prepare competitive fleet quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate vehicle ordering, inventory allocation, and delivery timelines.
Work closely with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM.
Represent the dealership at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual fleet sales targets.

Qualifications:

Previous fleet sales or commercial automotive sales experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of fleet leasing, financing, and commercial vehicle upfitting is an asset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience using CRM systems.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
