Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team, two days a week. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving breakfast items to our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure a pleasant dining experience, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our hotel patrons.

Hours are Tuesday's and Wed 530AM to 1130AM and Saturday's 630Am to 11Am

Responsibilities

Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and freshness.
Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including food stations, utensils, and dining tables.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their meal choices.
Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by regularly cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
Monitor food supplies and replenish items as necessary throughout the breakfast service.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food preparation and handling.
Assist in the breakdown of the breakfast area after service, ensuring all items are cleaned and stored properly.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.
