What You’ll Do

Assist experienced technicians with the installation of heat pumps in residential and commercial properties.
Learn the ins and outs of HVAC systems, including tools, safety protocols, and best practices.
Perform basic tasks such as preparing materials, measuring, and supporting senior technicians during installations.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
Provide excellent customer service, representing Sasquatch Heat Pumps with professionalism.
Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

A passion for hands-on work and interest in building a career in HVAC.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
No prior HVAC experience is required, but previous experience in construction or a trade is an asset.

Second-term to journeyperson refrigeration mechanic
Clean driving record
